The mission of ELEMENTOS Experiential Tourism is to offer to national and international tourists experiences of ecotourism, ethno tourism and adventure tourism of high quality, safety and environmental, sociocultural and economic sustainability in the IX. Region of Araucanía and throughout the Mesoregion of Parks, Lakes and Volcanoes.

We do believe that tourism is the global school that can help to transform elements of our lives, contributing to the regeneration of our planet. Throughout innovative experiences in all the components of the nature, we do bring knowledge, valuation, and alternatives of sustainable use of the natural and cultural heritage; aiming at disclosing it in the best way possible, the one benefiting to all.

Aiming at providing experiences involving all the senses, we do design regular and private excursions of half-day, full-day, and multi-day programs. We also propose transfer services, “value added” transfers in-between the destinations, multilingual guiding services and accommodation in the Regions of Bio-Bio, La Araucanía and Lagos and the Ríos, with different categories of services.

Our vision, as ELEMENTOS Experiential Tourism, is to become the best receptive tour operator in the Chilean Mesoregion of Parks, Lakes and Volcanoes. We aspire to be the favourite service provider of national wholesale tour operators, independent travellers and companies, looking for ecotourism, ethno tourism and adventure tourism experiences; and associated services.

We project to grow as a sustainable company, increasing the capacity of our business, while working in a sustainable manner. We attach great importance to positively impact the environment, deal equitably with the economy and behave in a comprehensive way towards the sociocultural context we are in.

At the national scale, we want to become an exemplary company regarding the design and development of sustainable tourism experiences of high quality. We endeavour to constantly surprise our peer group through our innovation spirit, our professionalism and commitment.

The satisfaction of our clients is essential for the success of ELEMENTOS. They are satisfied when we listen, understand and anticipate their needs, and when we exceed their expectations.

Quality

At ELEMENTOS we do provide high quality standards and our goal is to constantly improve our quality levels in everything we undertake. We define quality by the efficiency of all our processes that imply the satisfaction of: our clients, our service providers, colleagues and public/private institutions. Through our Quality Management System - concretized by the safety of the experiences we propose, the quality of the technical equipment we provide, the observance of the legal requirements to-date, the motivation and training of our employees as well as the integrity of our people and the low impact on the environment - we can ensure the consistency, professionalism and viability of our tourist experiences’ design as well as their commercialisation, our reservation procedure, all our operations and also, our after-sales service. As a company registered at SERNATUR (Chile´s National Tourism Service), and according to the Tourism Law n°20.423, we do work with a Risk Management and Prevention Plan as well as an Emergency Plan, in compliance with the legal requirements to-date. We train our staff to deliver the best service possible and to grow both at personal and professional levels.

Sustainability

At ELEMENTOS, we are committed into sustainable tourism in a comprehensive way. We make sure that our activities are environment-friendly, economically fair and socio-culturally inclusive. We do have a long-term vision, for that reason, we do involve our clients in our process of continuous improvement, as well as our providers that we choose cautiously, and our staff that we form to sustainable best practices. We are to participate in the process of obtaining the “Label S” (sustainability label delivered by SERNATUR, National Service for Tourism in Chile). We aim at improving constantly our social responsibility as a sustainable tourism business. While our services meet the expectations of our clients, they also sustain the needs of the city of Pucón. Indeed, we do protect and promote opportunities for the future.
